3D打印,即快速成型技术的一种,它是一种以数字模型文件为基础,运用粉末状金属或塑料等可粘合材料,通过逐层打印的方式来构造物体的技术。3D打印通常是采用数字技术材料打印机来实现的。

本课程结合机器狗的设计,掌握3D打印的基础知识及工作原、理熟悉3D打印机的基本使用及切片概念、了解机器狗行走基本姿态及装配调试。机器狗基于STM32的四足机器狗,模拟了犬类的行走姿态。控制器主要以STM32为核心,它接收到来自上位机软件所发出的舵机指令,再利用芯片产生的9路标准脉宽型控制协议控制机器狗的每个关节运动,从而实现相应的运动步态。

3D printing, a type of rapid prototyping technology, is a   technology that builds objects based on digital model files and uses bondable   materials such as powdered metal or plastic to print layer by layer.

This course combines the design of the robot dog, masters the   basic knowledge and working principles of 3D printing, is familiar with the   basic use of 3D printers and the concept of slicing, and understands the   basic walking posture and assembly and debugging of the robot dog. The robot   dog is based on the STM32 quadruped robot dog, which simulates the walking   posture of dogs. The controller is mainly based on STM32. It receives the   steering gear commands issued by the upper computer software, and then uses   the 9-channel standard pulse width control protocol generated by the chip to   control each joint movement of the robot dog, so as to realize the   corresponding movement step.
