课程面向理工大类专业,通过工程实践将专业理论、实验技能与工业背景的综合设计项目有机结合。同时对毕业设计,企业生产实习等起到有力的衔接作用。

课程以工业包装和智能机器人生产线为背景,以案例分析和项目实践为主线,树立工业大系统概念。通过多层次、多元化系统实践,促进复杂工业系统认知和学科交叉的工程综合技术应用能力的提高。同时培养职业素养和科学精神。

课程内容:

1.工程基础:制药包装、物流生产线和机器人典型案例认知和综合技术应用。

2.基础项目:机电、测控和电子技术在生产线各个环节中的典型应用案例实践。

3.设备项目:生产线机器人智能检测、包装质量分选、包装件环境、物流仓储项目实践。

4.自主项目:基于TRIZ创新方法的生产设备各类技术改进与优化实践。

内容简介

The course is aimed at science and engineering majors. Through engineering practice, it combines professional theory, experimental skills, and comprehensive design projects with industrial backgrounds. At the same time, it plays a strong connecting role in graduation projects, enterprise production internships, etc.

The course is based on industrial packaging and intelligent robot production lines, with case analysis and project practice as the main thread, establishing the concept of industrial large-scale systems. Through multi-level and diversified system practices, promote the improvement of complex industrial system cognition and interdisciplinary engineering comprehensive technology application capabilities. Simultaneously cultivate professional ethics and scientific spirit.

Course content:

1.Engineering foundation: Recognition and comprehensive technical application of typical cases of pharmaceutical packaging, logistics production lines, and robots.

2.Basic project: Typical application case practice of electromechanical, measurement and control, and electronic technology in various links of the production line.

3. Equipment project: Intelligent detection of production line robots, packaging quality sorting, packaging environment, logistics and warehousing project practice.

4. Independent project: Practice of various technological improvements and optimizations in production equipment based on TRIZ innovative methods.
