课程面向理工大类专业,适合大三学生,通过工程实践将专业理论、实验技能与工业背景的综合设计项目有机结合。同时对毕业设计,企业生产实习等起到有力的衔接作用。

课程以工业包装和智能机器人生产线为背景,以案例分析和项目实践为主线,树立工业大系统概念。通过多层次、多元化系统实践,促进复杂工业系统认知和学科交叉的工程综合技术应用能力的提高。同时培养职业素养和科学精神。

课程内容:

1.工程基础:制药包装和机器人生产线典型案例认知和综合技术应用。

2.试验项目:包装线在线测试、包装质量分选、包装件环境性能试验。

3.设备项目:生产线机器人智能检测、产品包装、物流仓储项目实践。

4.自主项目:基于TRIZ创新方法的生产设备各类技术改进与优化实践。

内容简介

The curriculum   oriented to Science and Engineering profession of the junior high school   students. Through engineering   practice, The integrated design project of industrial background can be organically   combined with professional theory and experimental technology. Besides, it   plays a strong role in linking up graduation design and production practice.

The course   takes the industrial packaging and intelligent robot production line as the   background and takes case analysis and project practice as the main line, Help students to establish the concept of   industrial system. Through   multi-level and diversified system practice, We can promote the cognition of complex industrial system and the ability   of interdisciplinary engineering comprehensive technology application. And cultivating the professionalism and   scientific spirit.

Course   content:

1.Basic projects:   pharmaceutical packaging and robot production line typical case cognition and   comprehensive technology application.

2.Test   projects: packaging line online testing, packaging quality testing and   sorting, packaging environmental performance test.

3.Equipment   projects: Production line robot intelligent detection, product packaging,   logistics and warehousing project practice.

4.Independent   project: Multi class practice of production line with TRIZ innovation method.
