一、课程地位

《电子实习B》是面向全校工科非电类专业学生开设的基础性公共实践课程。通过实训,让学生掌握元器件基础知识、手工焊接和常用仪器仪表的使用等基本技能;并以项目为实训载体,让学生初步掌握电子产品的焊接、装配、测试与调试方法,进行简单电路的电路板设计,并了解先进的电子产品生产制造工艺,旨在培养学生初步的工程实践能力和创新意识。同时结合课程思政案例教学,培养学生严谨踏实的工作作风和精益求精的工匠精神,为今后学习和从事有关工作奠定实践基础。

二、课程目标

1. 掌握电子技术相关的知识与基本技能:电气安全和消防安全知识;常用电子仪器仪表操作规范;常用电子元器件和简单集成电路的特性知识、识别、测试;手工焊接技能,了解并体验先进的焊接工艺。

2. 以项目为载体,让学生能正确选用电子元器件和工具完成电子产品电路的设计、焊接和装配,能科学地记录实验数据,能正确运用电子仪器仪表进行电子产品的测试与调试,并能运用电路知识分析、解决电路调试过程中出现的问题;了解电子产品研发、生产过程,培养学生团队协作能力、工程实践能力及创新意识。

3. 结合课程思政案例教学,培养学生工匠精神及职业素养,提升学生的工程实践水平与综合素质。

4. 通过电子实习劳动培养学生正确劳动价值观、必备劳动技能与积极劳动习惯,使其德智体美劳全面发展。

5.利用网络教学平台,提升学生自主学习的能力。

I. Course Status

Electronic Practice B is a basic public practice course for all engineering non-electricity majors. Through practical training, students can master the basic knowledge of components, manual welding and the use of common instruments and meters and other basic skills; and the project as a practical training carrier, so that students initially master the welding, assembly, testing and debugging of electronic products, as well as the use of EDA software to carry out the circuit board design of simple circuits, and to understand the advanced manufacturing process of electronic products, aiming at cultivating the students' initial practical engineering ability and Innovation consciousness. At the same time, combined with the Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education, to cultivate students' rigorous and practical work style and craftsmanship of excellence, to lay a practical foundation for future study and engage in related work.

II. Course Objectives

1. to master the knowledge and basic skills related to electronic technology: knowledge of electrical safety and fire safety; common electronic instrumentation operation specifications; knowledge of the characteristics of commonly used electronic components and simple integrated circuits, identification, testing; manual soldering skills, understanding and experience of advanced soldering processes.

2. to the project as a carrier, so that students can correctly select electronic components and tools to complete the welding and assembly of electronic products, scientific recording of experimental data, the correct use of electronic instruments and meters for testing and debugging of electronic products, and the use of circuit knowledge to analyze and solve circuit debugging problems in the process; understanding of the electronic product development, production process, to cultivate students' ability to work in a team, the ability to practice engineering and innovative consciousness. and innovative consciousness.
