一、课程地位

《电子实习A》是面向全校工科电类专业的一门重要实践类必修基础课程。通过实训,让学生掌握元器件基础知识、手工焊接和常用仪器仪表的使用等基本技能;并以项目为实训载体,让学生初步掌握电子产品的焊接、装配、测试与调试方法,以及运用EDA软件进行电路板设计的方法及流程,并了解先进的电子产品生产制造工艺,旨在培养学生初步的工程实践能力和创新意识。同时结合课程思政案例教学,培养学生严谨踏实的工作作风和精益求精的工匠精神,为今后学习和从事有关电子技术工作奠定实践基础。

二、课程目标

1.熟练掌握电子技术相关的知识与基本技能:电气安全和消防安全知识;常用电子仪器仪表操作规范;常用电子元器件和简单集成电路的特性知识、识别、测试; THT、SMT元器件的手工焊接;了解并体验先进的焊接工艺。

2.能运用EDA软件进行电路原理图的绘制、印刷电路板的设计等。

3.以项目为载体,让学生能正确选用电子元器件和工具完成电子产品的焊接和装配,能科学地记录实验数据,能正确运用电子仪器仪表进行电子产品的测试与调试,并能运用电路知识分析、解决电路调试过程中出现的问题;了解电子产品研发、生产过程,培养学生团队协作能力、工程实践能力及创新意识。

4. 结合课程思政案例教学,培养学生工匠精神及职业素养,提升学生的工程实践水平与综合素质。

5. 通过电子实习劳动培养学生正确劳动价值观、必备劳动技能与积极劳动习惯,使其德智体美劳全面发展。

6.利用网络教学平台,提升学生自主学习能力。

I. Course Status

Electronics Practicum A is an important practical basic course for all engineering electrical majors. Through practical training, students will master basic knowledge and assembly of electronic components the operation of common instruments and meters and other basic skills, so that students can master the welding, testing and debugging of electronic products, the use of EDA software for circuit board design, as well as the knowledge of electronic product manufacturing process, which will cultivating the students' initial engineering practice ability and Innovation consciousness. At the same time, combined with the Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education, this course will be helpful for the training of students' rigorous and practical work style and the spirit of craftsmanship which lay a practical foundation for related study and work in future.

II. Course Objectives

1. Proficiency in knowledge and basic skills related to electronic technology: knowledge of electrical safety and fire safety; commonly used electronic instrumentation operating specifications; knowledge of the characteristics of commonly used electronic components and simple integrated circuits, identification, testing; THT, SMT components hand soldering; understanding and experience of advanced soldering processes.

2. Be able to utilize EDA software for circuit schematic drawing and printed circuit board design.

3. Using the project as a carrier, students can correctly select electronic components and tools to complete the welding and assembly of electronic products, can scientifically record the experimental data, can correctly use electronic instruments and meters for testing and debugging of electronic products, and can use circuit knowledge to analyze and solve the problems that arise in the debugging process of circuits; to understand the research and development and production process of electronic products, and to cultivate students' ability to work in a team and the ability to practice engineering and the sense of innovation. and innovative consciousness.
