(一)课程地位

金工实习是高等院校工科专业教学计划中一门重要的实践性技术基础课程,是培养学生综合素质过程中重要的实践教学环节之一。

(二)课程目标

1. 使学生初步接触生产实际,了解机械产品的生产过程,了解工程材料加工的基础知识,能够对加工零件进行初步的工艺设计,能够加工涉及多工种加工的机械零件

2. 使学生初步建立工程意识,提高学生的工程素质,增强工程实践能力,培养创新精神和创新能力,为后续专业课程的学习打下坚实的基础。

(三)实习内容

车削、铣削、磨削、钳工、铸造、锻压、热处理、焊接、数控车削、数控铣削、线切割、快速成形制造与激光雕刻、三坐标测量、机械零件几何量检测、工业机器人、机械加工综合实训。

(I) Curriculum status

Metalworking practice is an important practical basic   course in the teaching plan of Engineering Specialty in Colleges and   universities. It is one of the important practical teaching links in the   process of training students'comprehensive quality.

(II) Curriculum objectives

1. To enable students to preliminary contact with the   actual production, understand the production process of mechanical products,   understand the basic knowledge of engineering materials processing, can carry   out preliminary process design for processing parts, and can process mechanical   parts involving multiple types of processing;

2. To make students initially establish engineering   consciousness, improve their engineering quality, enhance their engineering   practice ability, cultivate their innovative spirit and ability, and lay a   solid foundation for the follow-up study of professional courses.

(III) content of the internship

Lathe work, milling, lathe work, benchwork, casting,   forging, heat treatment, welding, NC turning, NC milling, wire cutting, rapid   prototyping and laser engraving, 3D measurement, geometric measurement of   mechanical parts, Industrial robot ,comprehensive training in machining.
